Focus Leadership, LLC., was founded by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark Kiefaber. Their diverse backgrounds combine practical business experience with science, psychology, counseling, and deep, physical training in Zen and martial arts. They have decades of experience delivering world-class leadership programs and executive coaching. Their integrated perspectives inspired the creation of the FEBI®(Focus Energy Balance Indicator), which measures the psychomotor patterns underlying personality.
